Luxury Cat Boarding on the Central Coast
Cat Utopia is the Central Coast’s purpose-built, cat-only resort. Seven suite tiers from $32 to $130 a night, all rates published, no hidden extras.
- Cat-only resort at Doyalson North, on the northern Central Coast
- F3 vaccination, fully vetted staff, Senior Package included from 13 years old
- Cat Chauffeur pick-up and drop-off across the entire Central Coast
A Cat-Only Resort, For the Whole Central Coast
Cat Utopia is on 21 Daley Street, Doyalson North, on the northern end of the Central Coast. We’re a short drive from Wyong, Lake Haven, Budgewoi, San Remo, Toukley, and The Entrance, and easy to reach from Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, and the southern coastal suburbs.
We’re not a cattery wing of a kennel. We’re a resort built only for cats, by a founder who’s worked in the pet industry for over 30 years. No dogs on site. No barking. No mixed-species noise carrying through walls. Every Suite was designed around cat physiology, behaviour, and instincts.
If your cat has stayed somewhere that didn’t sit right with them, or you’ve never boarded a cat before and the idea makes you nervous, we’re here to help.
Why Central Coast Cat Owners Choose Us
Cat-only, codified across the product.
Our Cat Chauffeur transport is cat-only. Our Transit Lounge is cat-only. Even the after-hours pick-up cubicles are designed so no cat sees or hears a stranger animal. We don't make exceptions.
Published rates.
All of our prices are listed on our website. A 20% peak surcharge applies from 15 December to 15 January, and 10% across NSW school holidays. Our rates are transparent, they don't change after you enquire.
A caring team, backed by glowing reviews.
Becca, Amanda, Trudie, Tazman, and Mel are regulars in our Google reviews. Two of our Nannies hold veterinary nursing qualifications. Trudie and Mel have both been here over six years.
Local for over 15 years.
The Sweeting Family Trust has run Cat Utopia under ABN 14 062 018 245 since 16 June 2010. We moved from our original Lake Munmorah site to the current Doyalson North site in 2018. Most of our long-stay regulars live within an hour of us.
OUR RANGE OF CAT BOARDING SUITES
Every Suite at Cat Utopia includes the TLC Program:
- Interaction with our Nannies
- Gentle brushing (not full grooming or knot removal)
- Daily monitoring of behaviour, appetite, and mood
- Daily monitoring of health, including medication where prescribed
- Photo and message updates while you’re away
There are no daily activity surcharges hidden inside the TLC Program. If your cat needs something more, like a Sparkles Spa groom, a Jungle Gym session, or Cat Chauffeur transport, those are quoted up front before you book.

Rocky had a wonderful stay of approx 4 weeks at Cat Utopia and came home happy and relaxed. It was our cat’s first time boarding anywhere and the Nannie’s did everything to make Rocky feel comfortable and settled. Thank you for going the extra mile to help Rocky settle in. We would definitely recommend!
