Checking In
Please fill and sign the following forms before check in
- Please note: we do require 48 hours notice to change the checking in time.
- Account to be paid prior to using this service.
- Please do not enter transit lounge before opening times.
- Use left-hand side pathway and press in Access Code supplied. Have your access code with you when checking in. You will not be able to get into the facility without the access code.
- Place your cat into the Condo with your cats name on it, all Condos have a cosy bed, fresh water and litter.
- Leave your cat carrier in the Transit Lounge when you are checking in. We require all cat carriers to stay with your cat during their stay.
- Email current vaccination certificate to info@catutopia.com.au
Checking Out
- Once you have checked in your check out time can not be changed when using the transit lounge.
- Please do not enter transit lounge before opening times.
- Use the left hand side pathway and press in the Access code supplied at Check In. Have your access code with you when Checking In and Checking Out, you will not be able to get into the facility without this access code.
- Your cat will be in a Condo with it name on it, all Condos have a cosy bed, fresh water and litter.
- Place your cat into its own carry cage and collect any items that belong to you.

Check In – You will receive your access code when your account has been paid for Check In. ####
Check Out – Your access code will be supplied to you at Check In.
Your Account
Your account must be paid prior to using our Cat Utopia Transit Lounge.
Electronic Payment – You can pay via bank transfer or credit card over the phone.
