Luxury Cat Boarding for Sydney
Cat Utopia is the cat-only resort Sydney owners think is worth the drive north, about an hour and a quarter away on the Central Coast. Published rates, a team built around cats, and a door-to-door Cat Chauffeur so you may not have to drive at all.
- A purpose-built, cat-only resort with every suite rate published up front
- F3 vaccination, fully vetted staff, Senior Package included from 13 years old
- Cat Chauffeur pick-up and drop-off across Sydney, so the distance is ours, not yours
A Cat-Only Resort Worth the Drive North
Cat Utopia is at 21 Daley Street, Doyalson North, about an hour and a quarter from the Sydney CBD and around an hour and twenty from Sydney Airport.
We won’t pretend to be your local Sydney cattery. We’re the resort Sydney owners decide is worth the drive, or worth booking the Cat Chauffeur for, because it’s built only for cats and runs on published rates instead of “enquire for a price.”
We’re not a cattery wing of a kennel. We’re a resort built only for cats, by a founder who’s worked in the pet industry for over 30 years. No dogs on site. No barking. No mixed-species noise carrying through walls. Every Suite was designed around cat physiology, behaviour, and instincts.
For owners flying out of Sydney Airport, heading north for the holidays, or with a place on the Coast, the trip already makes sense. For everyone else, the Cat Chauffeur removes it entirely.
Why Sydney Cat Owners Choose Us
Cat-only, codified across the product.
Our Cat Chauffeur transport is cat-only. Our Transit Lounge is cat-only. Even the after-hours pick-up cubicles are designed so no cat sees or hears a stranger animal. We don't make exceptions.
Published rates.
All of our prices are listed on our website, from $32 to $130 a night. A 20% peak surcharge applies from 15 December to 15 January, and 10% across NSW school holidays. Most Sydney cat hotels make you enquire for a price. We don't. Ours are on the page, and they don't change after you ask.
A caring team, backed by glowing reviews.
Becca, Amanda, Trudie, Tazman, and Mel are regulars in our Google reviews. Two of our Nannies hold veterinary nursing qualifications. Trudie and Mel have both been here over six years.
Worth the drive, or we'll do the driving.
The drive is the obvious objection, so we built the answer in. The Cat Chauffeur is a cat-only, air-conditioned door-to-door service across Sydney. Your cat is collected from home and brought back home. You never make the trip north at all.
OUR RANGE OF CAT BOARDING SUITES
Every Suite at Cat Utopia includes the TLC Program:
- Interaction with our Nannies
- Gentle brushing (not full grooming or knot removal)
- Daily monitoring of behaviour, appetite, and mood
- Daily monitoring of health, including medication where prescribed
- Photo and message updates while you’re away
There are no daily activity surcharges hidden inside the TLC Program. If your cat needs something more, like a Sparkles Spa groom, a Jungle Gym session, or Cat Chauffeur transport, those are quoted up front before you book.

FAQS
Cat Utopia is at Doyalson North on the Central Coast, about an hour and a quarter from the Sydney CBD and around an hour and twenty from Sydney Airport. Most Sydney owners avoid the drive altogether by booking the Cat Chauffeur, which collects from home and returns your cat the same way.
Cat Utopia is built only for cats, with no dogs on site, and every suite rate is published up front rather than hidden behind an enquiry form. Sydney owners decide that combination is worth the trip, especially when they’re travelling north anyway or flying out of Sydney Airport. The Cat Chauffeur means the drive can cost you nothing at all.
Every suite rate is published on the website, from $32 a night for a Classique Suite up to $110 to $130 for a Penthouse. A 20% peak surcharge applies from 15 December to 15 January, and 10% across NSW school holidays. There’s no separate Sydney pricing for the boarding itself. The Cat Chauffeur is quoted on top, based on your suburb.
Yes. The Cat Chauffeur is a cat-only, air-conditioned door-to-door service across Sydney. We need your cat’s details, diet and any medication at least a week before pick-up, your cat in an escape-proof carrier, and the boarding account paid in full beforehand. It’s quoted per trip and paid in cash to the driver.
Yes. Owners heading overseas often settle their cat with us before an early flight, with the Cat Chauffeur handling pick-up. You’ll get photo and message updates from the Nannies while you’re away, which is the part travelling owners tell us they value most.
An F3 vaccination is the minimum, boostered at least two weeks before arrival, with a vet certificate provided on or before drop-off. F4 and F5 are also accepted. All cats over six months old must be desexed.
Yes. Cats aged 13 and over board in our Orient Suites with the Senior Package included. Our Nannies monitor health daily and administer prescribed medication as part of the TLC Program included in every Suite.
The 15 December to 15 January period is our busiest and fills first. Sydney owners travelling over the holidays should book early, and arrange the Cat Chauffeur at the same time so a slot is locked in. Overflow Bungalow and Sanctuary suites open only during peak periods.
