At Cat Utopia Resort & Spa, every suite rate from $32 to $130 a night includes the TLC Program: time with the Nannies, gentle brushing, and daily monitoring of your cat’s health and mood. Some suite tiers bundle more in, such as the Orient Suites, which include the Senior Package in the nightly rate.
What Every Cat Utopia Rate Covers, and What Costs Extra
The TLC Program comes with every suite, at every price point. That means daily interaction with the Nannies, gentle brushing, and health and emotional checks each day, whether your cat is in a $32 Classique Suite or a Penthouse. Higher tiers add to the suite itself: floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, heated flooring, and enrichment TV in the premium suites.
Some items sit outside the nightly rate, and it is better to know them before you book than to find them on the invoice. A pedicure is compulsory for all boarding cats, charged at $10 per cat if the Nannies do it rather than you. The Senior Package is compulsory for cats aged 13 and over and is added to the account automatically, unless you book an Orient Suite where it is already included. Extra play sessions and add-on activities are also charged separately, and a second cat from the same family adds $20 per night.
Two billing rules affect the total. Boarding is charged on a motel-day basis, so a check-out before 11am avoids a charge for that final day, while a later collection is charged as a full day. And the full booked period is charged even if you collect your cat early. Peak periods carry a surcharge on top of the nightly rate: 20 per cent from 15 December to 15 January and 10 per cent across NSW school holidays.
